Shipping policy

All products/orders are created on demand, which will take a maximum of 5 business days. After this I will ship the products to you as soon as possible, which will take an additional:
1-3 business days for The Netherlands
2-7 business days for other EU countries
5-7 business days for the United States
5-7 business days for Canada
5-10 business days for Australia.

I cannot be held accountable for any of the following:
- Delays due to the COVID-19 situation or any holidays;
- Additional custom fees for orders outside the EU;
- Errors caused by the local delivery service;
- Unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrectly specified delivery address;
- Unsuccessful delivery due to absence at the delivery address.
However I will of course always try to advice you in the best way possible for any action that should be taken in case of a situation as listed above.
